Hasselblad 500cm by redtreeme Hasselblad 500cm by redtreeme
What: Hasseblad 500c/m
Where: Home, UK
I may be alone here but I love the Hasselblad 500C/M. though I’ve only had it a day and have shot 3 photos (Polariod back) with it. I just think it’s great.
Plus it looks so pretty.
I sold my 24-70mm f2.8L Canon lens and still had change after I bought this lovely piece of engineering. Just a few more lenses to go and I can afford the CFV-50 I want.
I hope you like it.
Shot with a Canon 5D MkII, 100mm macro f2.8 at 100mm, f/2.8, 1/60 sec, ISO 2000. No filters used. Cropped from it’s original landscape format.

You are by no means alone. Hasselblad still has a huge following, myself included. I love my 500C/M. I'm not a wide shooter though, so I have the 80, 150, 250 lenses. They are great.

Where do you get your film for the Polaroid back?

Sorry I've been away for a few weeks.

Ebay was my friend on this occasion.

That is fantastic. I must get a polaroid back!

I currently have a 12-back loaded with Rollei Pan 25 black and white film, and a 24-back loaded with Kodak Portra 160 negative colour film. I just need something to shoot!

You can also buy new film from the impossibleproject.com

Though ebay stuff is so cheap and really out of film still is fine.
